1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aflami website and the production services offered by Al Heirat Blog Services ("we", "us", "the Studio"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our services
Aflami provides AI-assisted film and video production services, including writing, design, generation, editing, sound, and localization. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between you and the Studio.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide to us — including scripts, brand assets, names, likenesses, and references — does not infringe the rights of any third party and that you hold the necessary rights and permissions to share it for the purpose of producing your project.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables is assigned to the client upon full payment, except where third-party tools, models, stock assets, or licenses impose their own terms. The Studio retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Use of AI
Our work is produced with generative AI systems. We disclose this use and take reasonable steps to respect rights, consent, and provenance. Outputs may vary, and we do not guarantee that AI-generated material is unique or free of similarity to other works.
6. Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and refund conditions are set out in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant project.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
